Find Next Market is a directory of craft, maker, flea, and farmers markets for vendors. This policy explains what we collect when you browse the directory, sign in, or subscribe to the newsletter — and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Account details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image through our authentication provider, Supabase.
- Saved markets. The markets you save are stored against your account so your list is there next time you sign in.
- Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we store your email address (after you confirm it via a double opt-in link) with our email provider, Resend.
- Basic technical data. Standard server request logs and Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use to block spam and bots on the newsletter form.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, and general device, browser, and approximate (city-level) location. It helps us improve the directory. We don't use advertising trackers or sell this data.
How we use it
We use your data only to run the features you ask for — keeping you signed in, showing your saved markets, and sending the newsletter you opted into — and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the site:
- Supabase — accounts, sign-in, and the saved-markets database.
- Resend — sending and storing newsletter subscriptions.
- Cloudflare — hosting, and Turnstile bot protection.
- Google — the sign-in provider you choose to use.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage measurement.
Cookies & storage
When you sign in, we store a session in your browser (via cookies and local storage) so you stay signed in. Google Analytics also sets a first-party analytics cookie to measure aggregate usage. We don't use advertising or cross-site ad-tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in any email.
- Remove any saved market from your dashboard at any time.
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing [email protected].
Data retention
We keep account and saved-market data while your account is active, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Children
Find Next Market is intended for adults running a vending business and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and post the new version on this page.
