These terms cover your use of Find Next Market (the “Service”), a directory of craft, maker, flea, and farmers markets for vendors. By using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service is
Find Next Market compiles booth fees, application links, dates, and other details about markets and fairs so vendors can decide where to sell. It is an informational directory. We are not the organizer of any market listed and are not affiliated with them.
Accuracy & no warranty
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but market details change constantly — booth fees, dates, and application windows especially. Information is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy or availability. Always confirm the details directly with the market or organizer before applying, paying, or traveling. You use the directory at your own discretion.
Your account
Some features (saving markets, your dashboard) require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or resell the directory data.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Next Market is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from decisions made based on directory information — including missed deadlines, incorrect fees, or cancelled events. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and post the new version here. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
